Delivery Time
Turnaround times vary per request due to the complexity and demand at the time of the order. Typically, the turnaround time from once the appraisal is ordered is 24 to 72 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the appraisal request was actually received by McGinnis Appraisals. Please confirm all requests at 843-819-1296.
Refund Policy
All requested appraisals are to be paid in full at the time of completion and in some cases to be paid in advance. Appraisals that have been canceled before inspection will be fully refunded. Appraisals canceled after inspection will be billed at half of the quoted fee. Appraisals in which the value is less than the “expected” value must be paid in full. There are no exceptions to this rule.
